Help us reshape how materials are made.
Shellworks is on a mission to make plastic waste a thing of the past. We’re building a new generation of materials—ones that are truly sustainable, uncompromising in performance, and designed to disappear.
We're now looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Founder’s Associate to join our small team and work directly with our founders to help take Shellworks to the next level. If you thrive on variety, love solving hard problems, and get energy from jumping in wherever needed, this role might be for you.
About the Role
As Founder’s Associate, you’ll act as an extension of the founders across a range of high-priority initiatives—from Finance, Operations, Legal, and Fundraising support to product research, internal process building, and special projects that just need someone to figure them out.
No two weeks will look the same. One day you might be running with a go-to-market pilot, and the next digging into manufacturing process issues or prepping for an investor meeting. You’ll play a critical role in creating leverage for the founders by owning and executing high-impact tasks with precision and care.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to be close to the action and will teach you how to build a company from the inside, grow fast and solve any problem with a mentality to achieve any goal.
